I must say that I do agree that it is time for Mr. Simmons to resign. I think our children have been entered into a world of voting as well as watching what adults do and say. If you can't conduct yourself at a board meeting without bringing your own personal feelings into play, specaially when it comes to racism in than we have a big problem. Our children especially the ones that are old enough to understand what is going on need positive input. Dosen't anyone realize that everyone's blood is read it is just our skin color that is different. As adults Mr. Simmons and others in the school system need to realize that. What a shame that racism is still such a big deal. We are all human beings and for those that want to make their own decisions at the board meetings is not fair. It is Baldwin County's cirizens that pay for our schools to run and if we could all have a say without being called a racist, maybe our system would run better. Shame on Mr. Trammell, he knew what he was doing when he left Baldwin county. He left a mess I don't care who elects our board members, he knew that Baldwin County would be the talk of the State of Georgia. I am sure he is setting there laughing at all of us, for allowing this to happen. You seel he to did things that weren't right but he wasn't questioned because he knew how to cover his bases. I am proud to have Mrs. Brazil in our board office as well as our other new members. I know if Mrs. Brock, Mrs. Brizal lead our office not much will get past them. First and foremost, think about our children because all of this is causing trouble in our school system. |
