Cloc,
The English language is one of the hardest languages to learn. Chinese has been rated the hardest of all. Don't feel bad. Growing up near Canada I learned some french but if you don't use it you loose it. Now, I can't remember 80% of the french I knew. I would think in school it was a requirement for you to learn some English. Do they no have Libraries in France? They could sponsor a free class there. Good luck to you and we will help you as much as we can. I am not always in this forum. :>Wink

EXAMPLE IN COMMON ENGLISH ( YOUR PREVIOUS PARAGRAPH)

OK thanks !
So maybe you can help me !
I will be in washington, D.C. April 2009, I want to be prepared for my journey, but I don't know anyone there.
I would like my trip to be fun and educational, but I don't know how the exact cultures and laws that I need to know would apply.
So if you can explain to me how I go about ensuring a good educational time? I'll be very appreciative!
You can critique my message ! I love to learn!

Does this help?
Answer: Tour guide. :>Wink

EXAMPLE BELOW IN COMMON ENGLISH.
Thank You so much for helping me! Can you give me some insight as to how I go about this trip? Have you ever been to D.C.? If so what are the attractions and tips I need to know? Thank you!
Sincerely,
Clochette

ANSWER: I have never been to Washington, D.C. myself. Yes I am American. I was born in Cleveland, Ohio and when I was 19 years old I moved to South Georgia U.S.A. I am 15 minutes to the Florida line. I have taken trips here and there but never to D.C. Sorry I can't help you there. To me seeing the White house and all that is not a big deal as I do not agree with all that our corrupt American government has done and handled things. They say we are the land of the free but Clochette anymore we are getting more and more of our freedoms taken away. Most Americans have no faith in our government and when we vote its voting for the lesser of two evils. Like anywhere it is whoever has the most money. I recently found out that when President Bush got elected way back when seven countries closed their borders to Americans wanting to become citizens. We as Americans can visit we just can't obtain residency. If I ever win the lottery I will want to move to Austraila or New Zealand. That is just me. That is another thing us Americans all think different but it was 100 years ago my ancestors left there country to come here for something better and now the "something better" isn't as good as was once thought. Enough of my political rants. Sorry I couldn't be of more help but you might want to try looking up a tour guide for D.C. Talk to you soon.
Sincerely,
M.L.R.H

Sure! Here is the link to my Myspace.

http://www.myspace.com/myshaarroona or

Do you have a Myspace account? If not you can browse my page and it will tell you a bit about me. If you do have a Myspace then e-mail me and I can give you my personal e-mail from there. Its kind of risky giving e-mail addresses here on the forums. :>Wink
