Does anyone remember where these 2 places were in early 80s history of Niagara Falls?

25 points taxpayer. Half for getting Carrousel Roller Rink right. It was at the Prime Outlets. Which is changing its name again for the 3rd time. Screaming Wheels was on Cleveland Avenue, not too far from North Junior, and was short-lived, which is why no one would have gotten it.
Here's another: Where was The Starlite Movie Theater? And for a bonus, Where was the store, "Smoker's Haven" located? |

Starlite was on military on the John Flaming Hearth side. Used to go there all the time with Mom, Dad and brother taxpayer. Can't help on the smokers haven. |
