Er, Mr No Name, the capture was executed by Vincennes' Finest after the wrongdoer eluded local lawmen. The prisoner's principal 'crime' evidently is harboring a lifelong desire to drive, even w/out a license, that led to "doing a do-nut, flinging rocks." Hardly the stuff of Al "ScarFace" Capone.

==er, eh Mr. Bodine, A few details you conveniently omitted that were in the article:
He was charged with domestic battery and bodily injury; He tried to run over his neighbor and the neighbor's 15 year old son; tried to assult the neighbor,; chocked his girlfriend and banged her head against the ground. Hardly, the innocent young man you'd want you daugher to date.

Are you referring to my request that police need to be drug tested after shooting a killing a man?

Greetings Harley Babe;
As long as it`s been now, I still support 100% the theory and recommendation that when it comes to having any public official, especially a police officer submit to a required random drug testing, especially during and after a line of duty which results in a human life being taken involving the use of a firearm.

Yet today, and to my knowledge, no such drug testing, nor mental evaluation has been conducted, which in my opionion, is an outright denial of un-justice from the very beginning.

And who is to blame for this on-going in-justice? Our lawmakers? Our law enforcement agencies? Our Judges? And worse, our Prosecutors?

It furthermore, and clearly establishes a growing number of selective prosecution cases, which has long plaqued our judicial system. Not only on the local level, but the State, National and Federal level as well. As supersingly as it may sound, they are ALL involoved, clear up to our Federal Judges!

And I for one, believe, that once selective prosecution has been brought out into the open, addressed to the proper authorities, AND properly resolved, that matters such as this will only get worse.

Much , much more, could be revealed, when it comes to revealing selective prosecution, and in due time, (and hopefully) will be forthcoming.

Wait, is that thunder I hear? Are the clouds opening up? This is the first time that you and I have agreed on anyhting. I think it is a crime to not drug test police officers after any incident that causes serious harm or death to anyone. Let's just say not all washington police officers are drug free. Nurses are randomly drug tested, workers that work for minimum wage are, most employers require it in California. Are police above the law? I think not. I know not. Now Hillbilly, this could be the beginning of a new relationship for us LOL.

Out here ia California, everything is sent to the state lab. We draw the blood in the ER, but we are not allowed to give results, we have to forward it to the state. If it is a private company, where someone was injured on the job, the labs can be ran at our hospital.

I have to agree Drug testing should be done anytime
there is something out of the ordinary.
I had it at the place where I worked and most places do.
Yeah Mr. Noname it may be a good business to get into
and should be used a lot more than it is.
Have you read the emails about everyone getting tested except people that receive welfare? If I didn't delete it and you haven't I'll post it for you.
