With all due respect to USAS, and it`s parent company(s)/partner(s)/member(s), aka Amber Stick, I regret to inform you of the following;

I believe you, and or your partner(s), need to consider refreshing your legal memory in regards to certain laws pertaining to communication(s) via the internet, as well as those regarding an open talk forum aka the WTH talk forum.

After which, I would then like to suggest, you consider contacting any law enforcement agency, on the local, State, and or Federal level that is fully aware of said existing laws, that you appear to be un-aware of.

After which, most, if not all, law enforcement will clearly tell you;

"you can say anything about anyone that you desire to say, whether good or bad, via the internet, and theres really not much, if anything, that can be done about it legally"

UNLESS..................
(intentionally omitted for legal reasons)
A good attorney can fill in the blank for you!

Therefore, I regret to inform you, that USAS aka Amber Stick, and or its members and or employees, do NOT, and CANNOT regulate any such open discussion(s) via the internet about any particular person(s) or company.

You can, however, sue anyone in a court of law, should they speak Ill of said person(s) involved, but you may be in for a rude awakening when you learn, that no (money) damages will be awarded in your favor, and your legal fees, will be just that, YOUR fees. (sorry)

Furthermore, "notices", such as the one just posted by USAS, aka Amber Stick, addressed to Keith Ellis, aka Jethro Bodine, are totally worthless via the internet, the courts, as well as the WTH talk forum. And can not, nor should they be taken seriously, by anyone reading this forum.

Such notices, via the internet, cannot be enforced, nor can they be used in a court of law. I therefore strongly suggest you contact your legal adviser, (if you have one) and make him / her aware of said laws pertaining to internet communication(s) protection.

While it may be noted, and should be monitored and strictly enforced by any and all means, the Adminstrator of the WTH talk forum does have it`s own policy, and has total control and authority over said policy.

Therefore, any such problem(s) that may arise, and or exist between USAS aka Amber Stick, and a Keith Ellis, aka Jethro Bodine, via the WTH talk forum, MUST be a violation of the talk forum policy itself, before taken seriously and or addressed, and NOT by any other law, in order to be addressed and or enforced.

In closing, and as a research professor that also studies law, I find it very "odd"....that the "owner(s)/ partner(s)" and or CEO`s, of said USAS aka Amber Stick, failed / refused to reveal their true indetity when posting said message.

IE; For all we readers know, JOHN DOE, could have posted the very same message.

I`d like to offer a friendly suggestion.
(this is not a threat, a warning, nor a demand)

I respectfully ask, that you please "cease", any further postings that contain a message consisting of a warning, a demand, a threat, or any other negative message, such as the one just posted by USAS, and addressed to the WTH Adminstrator, Jethor Bodine, and it`s readers & posters.

Pretty cool. Mr. Bodine (aka Ellis) has delegated the task of accusing everyone of being Morgan Prewett (aka Morgan Prewett) to the Hillbilly (aka Reno1, the Activist, SAC.)

Now, I don't want to imply your work is sloppy, Mr. Research Professor, but the address, ownership, owners/partners/officers and so forth of the U.S.A.S. corporation are listed quite clearly all over their website, of which the Morgan's World forum is a small part.

To Keith's chagrin, the link to the site is easy to find around here. Or you could just google it.
