Kreiger stop complaining about other parts of the city and clean-up around the Courier.

Get off your chair, open the back door and look at your own parking lot. It's lttered with plastic newspaper bundle ties and McDonald's sacks tossed out by staff. Now, walk up those back steps and look along the alley in back of the Courier. You have pallets piled around, empty 55 gallon ink drums as well as brick-bats to hold the doors open. Clean your own house before you beat up others.

As for your request for "sensible letters" for the opinion page; perhaps readers would send letters if you would print those letters that you do not agree. You don't print those letters. You say you do- but from first hand observation- I know you do not.
