A smoking ban is just wrong! We have bigger issues the smoking in public. I think this is just stupid. We do pay real high taxes just for smoking. What taxes do non smokers pay just because the want chean air and no i don't mean this

I thought that we are supposed to have freedom you know that thing we can choose to make our businesses smoke free or not. I'm shocked that they don't try to charge us a tax to smoke in public places.

I can see it now
"Would you like smoking or non?" said the business owner.
"I would like smoking please." said the smoker.
"the tax on that is $5 please?"
"What if I want non?"
"That's only $0.01."

Moral of my rantings is CHOICE!
