I can't beleive that woman got off. that is just nuts. I think she shot him threw the pillow and then she freaked out when he started moving or screaming take ur pick. and shot him some more. just don't add up right in my book.
Just a thought....

I can believe anything in this great state of Iowa.she shot what 7or 8 times and got him all but 1 time.my son was involved in an incident in Des Moines a few years back and 2 cops shot at him 18 times and hit him 4 times.he didn't even kill the guy and he is in prison for 15 years mandatory and good behavior out in 7 maybe she ought to go work for the cops there.I strongly believe she should have gotten something she took another persons life whether you liked the man or not.Since all this went down with my son I feel we have a legal system not a justice system. This case proved it.

All I am going to say is if you live by the sword you die by the sword. justice served. Alot of you people dont know what kind of man he even was. if he would have came into my house unannounced I would have done the same thing, except i would have reloaded! But I guess if somebody breaks into your home, you offer them cake and ice cream and anything else they want. I am not saying I am on her side either they were two peas in a pod if you ask me. And she deserved alot more than she got! but she had her day in court and won.

no I would not invite them in for ice cream and cake...I have had my house broke into and woke up with the sob playing with my leg, trust me I did not offer him anything.I am just saying she could have gotten out of the situation nobody had to die.I am just saying that this is gonna confirm to our young that you can get mad and kill and get away with

So this guy breaks in your house just to play with your leg? Um OK thats just weird. You must have one hell of a nice pair. Maybe you should stop showing off the sexy thighs and leave the shorts in the closet.
Someone breaks into your house and you just wait it out and see what becomes of it?
The way I see it. One way or another someone was gonna die that night. Kill or be killed.
Did this woman shoot and kill that guy, you bet your fanny she did. Was she subsequently charged with a capitol crime? Why, yes, she was. Did the prosecution present the case they wanted to present? Once again that answer is yes. Now to the heart of the matter, was this female convicted of ANYTHING? Why NO, that did not happen, she was found NOT GUILTY, of any and all included charges, so what is the problem here? Are you developing a case of the as# because one scunbag killed another scumbag? What the hel# kind of logic is that? Did that liein' stealin rat bastu#@ Chuck Denham deserve what he got, you better believe he did. Beyond all that you gotta know sooner or later, all things come back around to those who deserve it, so that female is in for an interesting next few years. What comes around goes around...
I just received news of the verdict. I am currently out of town. I new Chuck. My Mother was one of his ex-wives. She was also became a friend to another of his ex-wives. Although Chuck had a reputation as a con-man, there were many reasons he had so many wives. He was kind and gentle to his women and children. Why didn't the prosecution have his ex-wives testify on his behave? What kind of women was Ms. Locke? Well, lets see, she was dating a married man (knowingly), she is known for her shadey business dealings, and now we know what she is capable of! If she was abused by Chuck - where is the evidence for that? This looks like another Frieberg case to me!!!! Ask any abused women you know if they think she was guilty. If she was so abused why didn't she file charges against Chuck. How did he get in the house? I believe she gave him a key but never changed the locks? How scared of him was she? My mother divorced him and he continued to send her letters and gifts to get her back. She ignored him and he went on with his life. She didn't call him over three hundred times and she never once was afraid of him.

Get over it, she is not Guilty! She can not be tried again for this crime. Did Chuck deserve to die? Who knows, we were not there, Obviously the jury said she had her reasons. Hindsight is always 20/20 but for right now, its a done deal, she walks....
