I know that God will direct you and your family to a church that will meet you and your familys spiritual needs. Maybe you will still come Sunday an visit Abundant Life Family Church I dont think you will be disappointed.It truly is a very good Church and the Pastor Is A Great Person.

With the holiday season coming up we really wanted to find a spiritual home and after visiting some over the past month we have been to Abundant twice now and are feeling a true calling that direction.

NW.. I know most ppl find it entertaining when I post on xtian things given my actual religion, but Trinity Baptist church is a very sweet church. I spent many yrs between there and FBC growing up. My uncle had that church as his first church many many moons ago. We recently had 2 funerals for family members there and I found many of the same members there and they were all wonderful and so very sweet in our time of need. I usually only attend a xtian church for family reasons but going back there after 20 yrs was like being welcomed back into loving arms. It was awesome hearing some of the older folks who adored my grandparents share stories with MY children of me from when I was younger. I had some wonderful times there such as going to Falls Creek and lock ins and it just has a great sense of family. If I was xtian I would go back there in a heartbeat. My kids go there every yr for VBS and sometimes services if they choose to and always enjoy it. There were never any hellfire and brimstone screaming sermons.. it was always about love and grace. It is on the east side off of Chestnut.

I remember for my grams funeral one of the ladies offered to open the nursery for all of "bea's wonderful great grandbabies" and kept telling us what an honor(with tears in her eyes) it was to take care of our kids because she remembered my grandmother taking care of her when she was young and then her kids thereafter. You just don't get that a lot nowadays from churches that I know of. ALso this church is very casual and very loving .. it isnt about dressing up in your finest clothes and putting on airs.. it was always about come as you are or we will pick you up and we will embrace you as one of our own!

Tahnks for the prayers they are always appreciated this is a very hard time of year for me especially due to tragedy at this time of year. I have found tht if I put it in the lordz hands he will alwasys carry it for me
