No - 1. its not a criminal case for one - it's civil.
2. if I owned stock in a company and I got a call from someone saying that they were going to sell additional stock without me being infoRmed initially (as Cuban says)thus diluting my investment, I'd be pissed too and would have sold right away. He's a small biness man. might suck at dancing but knows a buck or two
A good number of people were hoping he would buy the Pirates a year or so ago. Not sure how that would have worked out, if it was even a possibility. MLB owners are a pretty tight bunch and might not have wanted him in. Plus Nutting wouldn't sell anyway because he makes money even when the team loses.

Too bad he didn't...I heard on the news pirates are now hijacking ships in the mid-east. Which is wierd seeing as how last year they had trouble stealing a base.
