The WCE doesn't have an obvious web presence. How is this "organization" funded? Are they associated with the World Development Endowment Foundation?

You've got to teach HISD first graders how to "ice cupcakes?" They can't figure that out on their own? Pat Camfield from the CHOICES program was right, these kids "don’t have a clue."

It's a good thing the WCE is stepping up to the plate. With US students falling further and further behind in geography, science, logic and math, it won't be long before our foreign overlords drive up the Tran-Texas Corridor and completely take over. Our kids certainly will need an "appreciation for other groups and a tolerance for them." Without science and math skills, they're definitely going to need to know how to ice cupcakes.

By the way, there are over 100,000 inhabited islands. At the rate of one island per day, it would have taken Shabaaz "about" 273 years to visit them.
