Also, a plan is just that, a plan. Nothing is set in stone and I have a feeling all of the warm and fuzzy promises made are subject to change when it come time to find said funds. People say all kinds of things to get in office. I believe nothing until it is a passed law. Obama is going to give me and my family more money than Maccain, ...Whatever, he will just find a way to get it back somewhere else.
