If you ask why more strict gun laws are passed, thank this idiot. People like him just keep making it more difficult to own a firearm.

Sad thing is he will probably be out today. If im not mistaken hes a bailiff at the jail and his father knows a few pople and I could almost bet he gets a d felony then gets it dropped to an a misd with a lawyer after he does 18 mos probation. And then he will get his gun back. Kinda funny they couldnt verify his permit. If it was anyone else it only takes a call to see if someone has a valid gun permit.
