I went down Saturday to vote early. There was probably a 1 hr. wait. The workers said early voting numbers were really high, shattering all previous elections. From what I could tell, the majority of the people were O'Bama supporters. Many of the people just seemed more fired up about this election. Are the early voting results released before election day? I was just curious how Clark County, and Indiana is leaning?

Sunnyside, is it as simple as just showing up to vote or do I have complete any paperwork prior?

You just have to show up with your drivers license. (I'm assuming you're already registered to vote.)

Thank you Pat Parker. And yes, I am registered to vote. I never miss an election!

The hubby and I waited over 2 hours to vote today. Long wait, but worth it to us! A number of people who came in while we were waiting turned right around and left, deciding the wait wasn't worth it, I guess.

Just remember; early voting does not equal fast voting! But we could sit down and people watch; always fun.

I don't remember what day I voted, but it was about two weeks ago. My wait was short - maybe 10 minutes. Perhaps the earlier you vote, the shorter the wait.

Pat, I'm sure you're right; after all you were intelligent enough to go really early, unlike the hubby and I. We are procrastinators (or maybe just lazy!).

Sounds like a reasonable wait time. What time of the day did you go, if you dont mind me asking?

I'd like to go Thurs or Fri this week but dont want to spend 2 hours people watching.
