How can CNN (or any of them) make a projection of a state's results when there are 0% of the precincts reporting? They just called Pennsylvania but it said no precincts were actually reporting their numbers. I mean, I could have said I voted for Ralph Nader. It doesn't mean I did. Exit polls are not actual results. I'm just confused. Maybe they asked the Magic 8 ball?
