Palin wasn't well-vetted,
McCain picked in a rush.
That's okay,
she still had time to throw
her family under the bus.
Too old for beauty pageants,
too young for McCain,
Sarah only has her own selfishness
to blame.
Give her plenty of air-time and
enough rope to hang---that'll be

McCain is a well respected vet.,
but, that dosn't make him a sure bet....
Palin is pretty and can field dress a moose,
but, Biden will " cook her goose".....
The devasted conomy, a record defecit,and Iraq,
will all fall on our nest presidents back...
A vote for McCain is for more of the same,

Obama/Biden just rolls off the tongue.
Quite the ticket, one old, one young.
Never has so much attention been paid to name,
With constant reminder of the middle name Hussein.
McCain/Palin sounds like a method of torture,
but there are no Arab names to create the same scorcher.

I'm sorry, Sen. McCain, but I think you are on the wrong side of history. I would have voted for you 8 years ago if Karl Rove's character assasination hadn't spoiled your chances then. But this is not a just war. Too many brave soldiers have lost their lives and have suffered life-altering injuries. It must come to an end.
