I was thinking about comparing 2008's Presidential election results by precint to that of 2004 to see how the political landscape and turnout has changed within Clark County over the last 4 years. I'm having a hard time finding the 2004 precinct results. Is there any website or links our there that has this information available on the web?

Ed, I think voter registration has the information you are seeking.

Back when the Evening News was a full service paper they printed the poll results precinct by precinct. It's probably been 10 years since they went to that trouble. Doubt they have anyone on staff capable of doing the math, these days.
