Do you believe Jesus is God?

------------------------------
Recitar!

Ridi, Pagliaccio!

Please allow me to address the terminology. Jesus (most likely means son of Zeus) is an incorrect terminology to refer to the Son of Adonai, the only god in existence. Our Father's name is of strict importance to Him.

The old testament speaks of a redeemer that was to come, and if studied, it can be derived that Yeshua (the of Nazareth was/is that redeemer. Thus if one studies further, the book says that Adonai (the Creator) is the redeemer.

The Creator? That would be Jesus.

Colossians 1:14-17 (NKJV)
in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For BY HIM ALL THINGS WERE CREATED that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist.

Guess that means NO you don't believe Jesus is God.

"In the beginning was the Word."
"The Word was God."
"The Word became flesh..."

2 John 1:9-11 (NKJV)
Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ DOES NOT HAVE GOD. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him; for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds.

Strictly for Jingle...

Deut 6:4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is One.

One means one

Israel's God has been their all along...

While other gods have been created and imagined by the deeds of other wise men who have seen the need for worship.

Many other gods can preform miracles on behalf of their god(s)

The suffering servant can apply to Job in many ways.

We know nothing of his birth or death

When the Hebrews were in Egypt, how much of their lives were accustomed to the Egyptian rituals?

We see that Proverbs are also similar to the Egyptian and Babalionian Proverbs.

The story of Noah is in many pagan cultures as well.

meaning one ancestor one God and one Servant.

Israel revieved full revelation, while other nations recieved brief and short explicitives for God.

Jonah was a prophet with eyes only for Yahway. He did not want other nations to know the revelations of God.

But on his journeys he learned a simple message about God...

He care for the nations too.

Psalm 147:19-20 (NKJV)
He declares His word to Jacob, His statutes and His judgments to Israel. He has not dealt thus with any nation; And as for His judgments, they have not known them.

Please allow me to correct myself. Upon further research, I have found where "Jesus" is from the Greek "Iesous" which means "Hail, Zeus!" Sorry about that.
