I used to question what was meant by the Trinity and what the make up of the Holy One was. Then I began to study the Temple and to me it explained it to the most satisfaction.
The outer courtyard is the flesh, the Holy Place the Holy Spirit, and the Most Holy Place is the Father.
Has anyone heard of this and does anyone agree?

The skin is all natural...
The face is in the pigment...
and the make up is what makes the trinity so beautiful...

It covers both the face and the skin.

Volstagg, welcome. I don't have time right at the moment, but if you seriously want to discuss the Temple, I'd love to. It's one of my favorite cross referencing.

I will at least say this much. Everything in the Temple represents something in prophesy. Such as, the Mercy seat being Christ.

I grew tired of hearing about the "mystery" of the Trinity, and don't even care much to use the word trinity anymore. I've heard all sorts of examples, like an egg, water/ice/water vapor, etc., although "makeup" is definitely a new one.
Anyway, when I began to study the Temple, who's importance seems evidence since there are over 50 chapters in the Bible about it, I came across the most satisfying explanation of the design of the Holy One that I've ever encountered, plus everything falls into place.
The flesh or outer courtyard has the altar of sacrifice and the bowl of washing, all items in dealing with our flesh. As we move further into the Temple, there is more that coorespond to each area.
Man is created in the Holy One's image, and I believe this is the explanation and illustration of our design also.

You all apply metaphors, rationalize, squirm and squint in vain attempts to make this "trinity" concept make some sense and still it eludes you.

The concept of the trinity wasn't even an idea until many hundreds of years after Christ supposedly lived.

The only rational explanation: The trinity is a fabrication of a wild imagination.

Could the Elohim be the Holy One's in the Hebrew Bible?

Elohim (plural)= Holy ones/sons of God/angels

Another example:

Job 15:15 If God places no trust in his holy ones, if even the heavens are not pure in his eyes...

Job 1:6 One day the angels came to present themselves before the Lord, and the accuser also came with them.

the accuser is an angelic being that travels about the earth to test God's faithful.

I suppose the English word for this angel is Satan.

But he was gathered with the Holy ones (elohim) discussing how to bring Job from sinning against God.
