Looking over these threads, I have seen many prayer requests listed. Some have fallen to page two and may not be remembered. I felt the need to have a central prayer list like we do up at the Little Red Cabin in Indiana.......

Please post your prayer request here and updates if you would. I have one to start it off with.

Syvil T., a forum poster, lost her hubby last nite in his sleep. He had been having problems since July and had just signed the papers for hospice. More information is in the Thomasville Chapel.

Thank you so much, MoMo. You're right, our prayers were rather 'scattered'. This is a very nice place for everyone to come.

My sympathy to the family, and most assuredly to Syvil.

sound good to me. i try to kkep up but i have little bits of scrap paper with prayer request on them scattered over my desk.

Hello everyone: My Momma died yesterday at her home in Pascagoula after an 8 1/2 year battle with lung cancer. I ask for your prayers for my family as we go about making the arrangements and getting her Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren safely to Pascagoula. These next few days are gonna be tough but I know that with all your prayers and God's help (and Momma's too) we will get through. Thanks.

Every evening would someone combine the list to pray over? We can look over the whole thread too but this way we won't miss anyone.

my heart goes out to you both. filter lady my mama passed away from lung cancer five yrs ago so i know what you are going through. It's really tough losing someone you love. I pray god will give you both strenght for the difficult days ahead . god bless you. I will keep you and syvil t in my prayers.

FilterLady...I echo the sentiments of the others..and I rejoice in your mother "going home". I call it a painful blessing. My prayer is that you find comfort knowing that 'to be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord'.
