Yes, God has been around longer than anyone of us can even think about.

Why would He "dictate" over them only in the last eight years?

It will be an election that will look like the last two elections is the point. Where the appointed man for the job will be granted at the appointed time.

He has given us a free will choice. Voting is a free will choice. If he has chosen someone, why are we voting? He wouldn't need to "dictate" over the polls if He were to place someone in the Presidency w/absolution.

Absoultly correct Sandra, but God can change hearts and minds, eyes and ears to His will for this nation.

Think about what you are saying. Your post tries to remove the very thing GOD gave us......CHOICE.

I hear you, but God has the power to change anyone's choice in my opinion, from wrong to right. For example: Those with a heart of stone are about to be purified as the Lord melts away the calluses of their past and shows them the future He is about to give them.

As I was praying the Lord said there is work to be done. This applies to all areas of ministry, unity with the Master Craftsman. We are His workmanship made in His very image. God's timing and hand will be in this and as David did not lay a hand against King Saul because he was anointed rather he waited until God's timing was fulfilled.
