Andy used his most powerful weapon against Mitch Daniels. A weapon so powerful Daniels’ veins were almost bursting. A weapon that tore a hole through “Our Man Mitch” like a train. That weapon was the truth.

Andy Horning must have known that the Indiana debate committee would never allow a question about DCS. So Andy, in his down home style, just spit it out.

“I don’t think its right that DCS should be destroying families”

That’s when Mitch’s blood pressure went though the roof. His hands clenched tighter and the veins on his head nearly burst.

He replied angrily about all the awards DCS has won from what we refer to as sham organization such as protect Children and First star.

Now that I have read news reports of this debate, I have to ask myself, “Were we at the same debate?”

They try and cast Horning as if he was comedic relief, when in fact the man was simply quoting the Constitution. The bias of the news hounds is showing here.

First of all let’s look at the candidate’s body languages. Mitch was sweaty; his hands were always partly clenched. Horning’s hands were relaxed, which shows he was not stressed. This tells us that “Our Man Mitch” was lying and fighting for his life. Horning was unstressed and simply stating what he thought.

Which one do you think had nothing to fear from the truth?

Jill has waving her MBA and PhD in each hand, so it’s unknown what she was trying to do.

Once during the logging question and once during the questions on schools, Mitch leaned on Andrew.

Meanwhile, according to one member of Honk For Kids, Jill was standing over there still waving her PHD and MPA.

Before I forget it, Mitch Daniels got a loud staged calling of the hands, then later the moderator said that rule one was, no clapping or applauding.

You can see the bias of the moderator here too. She said nothing about Mitch’s fans breaking the rules.

We wonder how fast the Honk For Kids members would have been forced to leave is they had done the same thing.

Another highlight that Channel 13 and the others overlooked was Mitch’s total puzzlement when Horning mention section 8 of the Indiana Constitution. Mitch didn’t have a clue what he was talking about. A real Kodak moment.

Let’s look at some of Andy’s quotes since Channel 22, 27, 8 and 13 won’t put them out there.

The discussion was one of several in which Horning scored chuckles from audience members, saying, “You simply don’t need politicians as much as you think you do.”

“You’ve represented your parties well,” Horning said in his closing statement. He also addressed the audience in his last comments, saying, “You know what they represent. Why do you keep voting for that?”

Horning said, “Home schooling shows that education without the frills can be less expensive. Money could be better spent on academics than on sports and cafeterias.”Horning said, “The best help comes from private sources, not government,” and “He would get rid of the state Department of Child Services. Horning said that he favored eliminating government regulation and bureaucracy to bring down costs.Mr. Horning has shown he is serious about smaller government, by saying he would eliminate DCS in order to save thousands of children from state destruction, plus billions of tax dollars. Andy would allow the local courts to deal with the most serious cases of child abuse, to focus their energy on actual cases, not all the false allegations that DCS is so well known for.In my final view, Andy Horning wins the title of Hero of the Hoosier Heartland,

After all Mitch and Jill both spoke of all their time in Washington. It is obvious that they learned the wrong lessons there.Andy Horning will be the next Governor of Indiana. Business will flock to Indiana because they will know that Government will stay off their backs and let them do what they do best.

The I-69 project will grind to a halt because there will be no federal funds for it anyway because of the current financial disaster facing our nation.

Families will be safer and the government will get out of your homes.Government will be governed.

It must be noted as well that all the TV stations and most of the newspapers did not give Horning equal coverage. Some of the TV stations are channel 27, 25, 8, 13 and 14. When you watch these stations, remember they do not give you the whole truth.
