Hmmmm. This begs the questions about forum rules: there was nothing that could be remotely offensive to anyone posted in this thread. Just a link that led to other material that might offend some. Is this a violation? If I posted a link that led to disturbingly violent images but had nothing offensive in the thread itself, would that be a violation? What if someone clicked on it, no knowing what it might lead to, and was offended by what they saw, would I be in violation then?

One man's joke is another man's offensive comment. Should those who are offended not have the right to say so? Why should they simply have to "get over it" and move on? Free speech covers both, right?

I don't see anyone dwelling on it. Several people voiced their distaste once and that was it. Why would you tell them to get over it and move on when they obviously have?
