The Sunday edition of the Evening News states that Appleby's Cafe & Wine Bar, located at 201 Spring St in Jeffersonville, was cited for five violations in 2008 and fined $450.00. Does anyone know what these violations were? Is this appropriate behavior for a member of the Clarksville Town Council? The Appleby's borrowed $40,000 from Jeffersonville's revolving loan fund, does anyone know if they are making payments on that loan?

The article also states other bars in Clarksville were cited for violations. Jersey's on Lynch Lane collected 8 citations and Exoda on Blackiston Mill Road was issued 5 citations. Both these bars are just a couple miles from the Clarksville police station, why isn't the Clarksville Police doing a better job of checking on bars in their town?

Don't worry about Clarksville, just worry about Jeffersonville and you will be better off.

Yes, we see here that Mrs Appleby seems to have
problems with the laws. Me realize so well
she not really worried. Them laws all not meant for her. Them is so correct.
