Why? Obvious Whose paying for it? I suppose that would partially be Dish Network subscribers since they are paying for the programming. So much for Dish Network programming in my house. Never happen.

I saw that though, and thought to myself, if I wanted to watch a channel about screwing people, I'd have Cinemax and Showtime.

It's paid for by the campaign, McCain has the same opportunity but hasn't done it. My advice to you who are bothered by it would be to use the nifty little favorites feature to block that channel from showing up at all - problem solved. No sense in getting worked up over something that's so easily ignored. Let the man waste his money on a pointless TV channel, that's a few dollars less he'll have to spend somewhere else.
