Sounds like he gives too many warnings and doesn't hand out enough of those stiff fines. People know they should keep their grass mowed. They don't need to be told three or four times, they need to be punished for not following the rules.

I agree that the lawns need to kept up. But, I do have one small problem. If something were to happen that I was unable to mow the grass, I do not want an inmate around my home! I have small chidren and that is just unacceptable and careless on behalf of the city and the inspector!
