I want to know why the "owners" names of this dog were not published, and why they are not being prosecuted for animal cruelty? Especially if there was dog food next to the starving dog.
If this isn't enough reason to outlaw chaining up dogs 24/7 and letting them just die of neglect, I don't know what KY wants. This is so inhumane and cruel. Food a few feet away, and an idiot in the house too lazy or cruel to feed a defenseless chained up dog for months. I hope they go to a special place in hell.
I would like to know if the dog is getting better. What about the cancer in the dog's leg? I know the owners of Princess and I really don't think that they meant to do her any harm. They have other pets and they are absolutely fine. What do you do when a pet won't eat and you can't afford a vet? Maybe it would have been better if they had just put her down. If they wanted to starve the dog to death, why would they even buy the food? Don't be so quick to judge when you can't possibly know all of the information.
