Hey Workman, why don't you read what is on the website before you blast an innocent man?

AND with two different prosecutors, two different defense teams, two different judges, and two different juries.

Just because something is written up on a website don't mean much. You could write up that 'ole Dave was being directed by aliens from MARS on said website, BUT it won't change the out come! Tried twice, found guilty TWICE! End of story. Go to jail and be happy you weren't executed!

I don't see anything on said website about the fact that 'ole Dave was quite a Ladies Man! Gee did somebody forget to mention something?

I read it. The only thing that stuck out like a sore thumb, to me, was that the author used a question mark in place of an apostrophe about 3 or 4 times. I've served jury duty before. I trust the 2 juries who found him guilty.

This story would have played out much differently if the prosecution had been allowed to present the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth.

As it was, the defense used every trick in the book, and then some, to ensure that the juries did not hear the whole truth.

It's saddening to me that people can apparently
be shown that Boney ACTUALLY ADMITTED that he
was the killer and did the crime and certainly
has the full sickening background to demonstrate
his capacity to commit the crime, and still hold on to their beliefs Camm is guilty.

I don't think people get it, here in Southern Indiana something dreadful and phenomenal has occurred, an innocent man has twice been convicted of the murder of his family and been
in jail for eight years. It is so terrible, we
don't want to believe it.

But take a look, all you have to do is consider the mindset that prevailed BEFORE Boney emerged
to see that what drives this is the hatred that
was put out on Camm. Ugly. Very Ugly.

As I said before, if you knew ALL the facts about Camm you would have a much different opinion.

As it was, the defense was very very very concerned with making sure that some things were not presented to the juries.

There's a reason why the defense didn't want the juries to know "the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth." It's because ALL of the truth would have been very damaging to the Camm defense.

Dear Whatcha

why don't you put forward the facts of what
was hidden instead of claiming that there is
some devastating proof of guilt (but not say
what it is) ? I can't take
you seriously if your position is "I know
something you don't know but I can't tell you"
That seems lame, but, on the other hand...right
in keeping with the 'reason' so many 'feel'
Camm is guilty.

I typed up a long reply, but decided it might be better for my health if I didn't say too much in a public forum.

You don't have to take me seriously. That's your right.

Suffice it to say that I do know more than what was published in the papers and what was allowed at trial. I don't "feel" he is guilty. I KNOW.

Like I said, the defense did everything they could to prevent the juries from hearing certain things. I still stand by allowing the juries to hear the truth, the WHOLE truth, and nothing but the truth.

Give the man one more trial. Nothing will change.

Wow, it is unbelievable how many people buy into the fact that just because David Camm was convicted the first time that he is still guilty. For starters, the crime scene was totally botched. For two, we have already found another party guilty of the murder. Can two people kill the same person without simultaneously being at the crime scene? NO! There can be conspiracy which cannot be proved. As for the comment about things not being let into trial about Camm that would change people's minds I tend to disagree. Even the unfounded child molesting charges were let in which were not supposed to be. If a judge is going to let that in then they will let anything in. I agree that Camm doesn't deserve husband of the year awards but that certainly does not make him a killer. Maybe some of the people of this county should switch roles and imagine being his family member. If he was in your family you probably would not think he is guilty as there is no evidence to prove he did it or had any part in it. And as for being found guilty at two trials, how many people in this country have been wrongly accused and sat in jail or even received the death penalty? It is a sad state of affairs for the Criminal Justice System when the prosecutors job is totally dependent upon his win/loss record and not Justice being served.

Even more unbelievable is that there are many people who buy into the fact that he is still guilty after having been proven guilty in court TWO TIMES. Not just one.

If he's found guilty one more time will you shut up then? Please?

Yep. It was also cleaned up somewhat before the police arrived.
