As the mother of this poor child who lost her life due to negligence on the part of Revel and Underwood's (neighborhood association) and there failure to secure the pool after numerous complaints from neighbors. I want to try and make it a law that swimming pools be fenced and protected from children's curiosity. Please contact your local representatives and push for this to become a law.
